Bradley Seidel is a U.S. Naval Academy graduate, and former Navy pilot with an MBA from the University of Florida. He brings disciplined leadership and deep expertise in multifamily real estate and capital raising.
Bradley brings a distinctive combination of military-honed precision, institutional-level financial expertise, forward-thinking real estate innovation, with a strong sense of stewardship that is evident in his commitment to responsible investing, community impact through affordable housing solutions, and ethical value creation. Bradley serves as a principal and Chief Investment Officer at Burton Capital Group, a firm specializing in Class A student housing and other multifamily assets, primarily across the Southeast.
Demonstrating his entrepreneurial drive and commitment to social impact, Bradley co-founded Tiny Home Geniuses alongside his wife, Jill (a physician and former Navy flight surgeon). The company develops innovative accessory dwelling units (ADUs), tiny home communities, and related solutions aimed at addressing affordable housing needs, including support for underserved populations such as homeless veterans.
Riley Seidel is a strategic leader in hospitality investment who has raised millions to offer accredited investors ownership in high-quality hotel projects with top brands like Marriott, Hilton, IHG, and Hyatt. With experience structuring deals that deliver cash flow, equity growth, depreciation benefits, and long-term appreciation, Riley has partnered with leading developers on projects of various classifications across the nation.
Previously at Wyndham Hotels, he earned the Presidents Club award for guiding owners through franchise intricacies and led the Western U.S. launch of Hyatt Studios as Director of Development, where he excelled in site selection and market analysis.
